Order Minimum:
We have a minimum order amount of $50. If your order total is less than $50, you will not be able to place an order.

Sample Request:
If you are interested in placing a bulk order, you are welcome to request a sample to be sent to you for review.  Please provide us your shipping courier account number and we will send you free sample.

We have instutition towels in cotton and cotton/poly which are listed with price at Institution Towels section.  Please contact our Sales Manger Joseph Valerie for more information. 

 
Payment:
All credit card payments are processed through Paypal.  For larger quantity orders, please contact us for other terms.

 
Shipping Policy:
Orders under $500 will be shipped by UPS Ground.  Orders over $500 will be shipped by truck.
 

Lost Packages/Insurance:
Destination LA Towels does not offer free insurance on any package worth $100 or more.  We are not responsible for any package already shipped.  Once the package is shipped and left our warehouse, it is the responsibility of the selected carrier (UPS/trucking company) to deliver the package on time.  If the package is lost or stolen from a shipping facility, please notify us immediately.  In the event the package is insured, you will be refunded the total amount of your purchase, including shipping costs.

 
Cancellation/ Changes:
Changes/cancellations must be made the same day the order is placed.
